Kauri Cliffs Golf Course - This golf course is an absolute “must do”. You will be amazed at the beauty and scenery of this Northland treasure. Designed by David Harmon, fifteen hole enjoy Pacific Ocean views, six of which are played alongside cliffs which plunge to the sea. The beautiful inland holes wind through marsh, forest & farmland. One of the best !
Kerikeri Golf Course - located in the Bay of Islands , this meticulously maintained 6101 metre course makes wonderful use of the contours sculpured by the Puketotara Stream & the Kerikeri River, with beautiful views of New Zealand native bush & birds.
Waitangi Golf Club - Overlooking the beautiful Bay of Islands, this is a stunning golf course with tremendous panoramic sea views that also provides a challenging round for all golfers. The views are complemented by areas of flowering native trees which provide a sanctuary for many varieties of native birds.
North Shore Golf Club in Auckland - located on the upper fringes of the Waitemata Harbour, this picturesque course features 27 treelined holes and plays as 3 courses. Each course covers undulating terrain and demands good course management. The scenic aspect encompasses rural views poised above the natural backdrop of the Lucas Creek escarpment.(Other Auckland courses to choose from, include Titirangi, Remuera, Gulf Harbour & The Grange)
SOUTH ISLAND GOLF COURSES include
Jacks Point Golf Course - Absolutely stunning ! Bounded by the Remarkable Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu, the course traverses through wetland to the lake edge, encountering steep bluffs, indigenous vegetation and wildlife. It is designed to work with nature not against it. Superb.
Kelvin Heights Queenstown Golf Course - a great golf course set in the most remarkable location you can imagine. On 3 sides you have the lake. One backdrop is the towering Remarkable Range, sheer, craggy, magnifcent. To the south is the long expanse of the lake with the mountains to the waters edge. To the other, Coronet Peak and the ranges behind Queenstown itself. What a combination !
Arrowtown Golf Course - it is unique ! Historic stone cottage ruins nestle amongst towering trees, a legacy of Arrowtowns pioneers. The course borders the once rich gold bearing Arrow river and is in one of NZ’s most historic and scenic regions.
Millbrook Golf Course - one of the most scenic courses in the world. Brilliantly conceived, the Sir Bob Charles designed course has now been upgraded to include a further 9 stunning holes designed by Greg Turner. Not to be missed !
