Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 20% of the tour is payable at the time of your booking.

The balance is to be paid in full thirty five days before the date of departure.

Non affiliated players / international visitors require a payment of an additional fee.

Single supplement applies if you are not room sharing.

Payments unused are non-refundable unless cancelled by the Operator.  The itinerary is subject to availability of courses as shown in the Tour Programme.

We are a small boutique golf operation and cancellations affect our suppliers.  In the unlikely event of cancellation the following cancellation fees apply :
1) More than 60 days out a $75 administration fee applies.
2) Inside 60days a $75 administration fee applies and up to 100% of the fees and refunds will be based on the amount we are able to recover from suppliers made on your behalf and / or where a replacement player cannot be found to take your place, less any costs incurred.
3) No refunds will be made once travel has commenced.

Weather interruptions to itineraries are beyond our control. We will do all we can to rearrange services in such an event, but cannot be held financially responsible for interruption under such circumstances.

Golfunatics accepts no liability for any act or omission whatsoever whether negligent or otherwise of any service provider associated with this tour or golf trip. We do not accept responsibility for any death, injury, damage, property loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events outside of our control. All golfers participate at their own risk. we strongly recommend travel insurance is taken out by each person travelling.
